By renting, I understand that all usage of the facilities of the house is entirely at our own risk and I hereby hold harmless and indemnify the owner and his representatives against any nature of claims whatsoever, by me or any members of my party, including but not limited to injuries, illness, loss of personal effects, and we also hold the owner harmless against any and all other events or circumstances beyond the control of the owner as well as acts of God in connection with our occupancy of the unit.
